Dori started working at Gateway, in September 2018, as the Executive Assistant to Paul Drader, the Executive Pastor at the time. In February 2020, her role expanded as she took on the position of Executive Director.

Apart from Gateway, Dori manages the office for her husband Darell's custom home building company, Homes by Sher-Bilt Inc. Darell and Dori have two boys, Oakley and Ryder, and they enjoy life together here in Leduc.
